Order cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this, orders are processed and cannot be canceled.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include clear photos or videos
We will offer:

Returns & Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
You have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible:
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
⚠️ Please note:
- Return shipping costs may be higher due to international logistics
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Personal care items
- Beauty products (if opened or used)
Alternative solutions (IMPORTANT)
Instead of returns, we often offer:
- Partial refunds
- Replacements
